Producer, director, and cinematographer. For over 15 years, he has focused on armed conflicts and socio-political transformations around the world. For many years, he worked as a journalist and correspondent. He produced and filmed documentaries in Iraq, Syria, Venezuela, Armenia, Belarus, Afghanistan, and Ukraine. His directorial debut, Living with the Taliban, received the Grand Prix at the HumanDOC IDFF and two awards at the Junction North IDFF in Canada. Graduate of Public International Law at the University of Warsaw and the Dok Pro programme at Wajda School. He also studied at the Warsaw Film School and the Academy of Photography. Founder of Marchello Production and FreeDoc Foundation.

Producer and production manager of documentary films and series. Since 2016, she has worked on national and international productions, with projects shot in more than 20 countries worldwide. Her experience includes both independent documentary productions and productions for television broadcasters. Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, the Creative Development programme at Wajda School and the Film Production Accelerator by the Polish Producers Alliance (KIPA). Participant in ACE Training Days Poland and Doc Lab Poland. Co-organiser of the Ukraina! Film Festival.
